Ordering and Collection

At Cocoa Bloom, every bouquet is handcrafted with care, made fresh in small batches, and designed to delight. To ensure the highest quality, please allow 7 days’ notice for all collections and deliveries.

Placing an Order

1. Browse our available bouquets and select your favorite colours and flavours.

2. Add a personalised card if you wish — included with every bouquet.

3. Complete checkout and select either local delivery or collection.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available to the following postcodes for a flat $15 delivery fee:
6000, 6001, 6003, 6004, 6005, 6006, 6007, 6008, 6009, 6016, 6050, 6051, 6100, 6101, 6103, 6151, 6152, 6153.

Delivery times are scheduled outside standard business hours:
Weekdays: 5pm – 8pm
Weekends: 10am – 6pm

This allows each bouquet to be freshly handcrafted and personally delivered with care.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. As our bouquets contain chocolate, they cannot be left unattended outdoors.

Collection

Collection is available from two locations, scheduled as follows:

Cocoa Bloom Studio (Primary) – East Perth
Weekdays: 5pm – 8pm
Weekends: 10am – 12pm

Cocoa Bloom Collection Studio (Secondary) – Salter Point
Daily: 9am – 8pm

Your bouquet will be ready for collection at your selected location at the agreed time.
