Terms and Conditions
1. General
By placing an order with Cocoa Bloom, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cocoa Bloom products are handcrafted in small batches. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish, and arrangement may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade products and do not constitute a fault.
2. Orders & Lead Time

All orders require a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to collection or delivery.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Once production has commenced, orders cannot be altered or cancelled.
3. Customer Details
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:

Your contact details

The recipient’s name and delivery address

Any personalised message text
Cocoa Bloom is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.
4. Delivery

Local delivery is available at select postcodes for a flat $15 delivery fee.

Deliveries are made outside standard business hours (weekdays: 5 pm – 8 pm, weekends: 10am - 6pm).

Someone must be available to receive the delivery, as chocolate products cannot be left unattended outdoors due to heat and spoilage risk.
If delivery cannot be completed because no recipient is available, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated address or recipient.
5. Collection

Collection is available during and outside standard business hours by prior arrangement.

Please collect orders at the agreed time to ensure freshness and product quality.
6. Product Care
Chocolate bouquets should be stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.
Cocoa Bloom is not responsible for damage, melting, or deterioration caused by improper storage or handling after delivery or collection.
7. Allergens & Dietary Information
Our products:

Contain: milk, soy, treenuts

May contain traces of: peanuts, sesame
While we take every precaution, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free, peanut-free, or sesame-free facility.
Customers are responsible for reviewing allergen information prior to ordering. Cocoa Bloom is not liable for allergic reactions where allergens have been clearly disclosed.
8. Refunds & Issues
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products:

Refunds or cancellations are not available once production has commenced.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection, with supporting photographs where relevant.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST if and where applicable.

Prices and delivery fees may change without notice.

Delivery fees are displayed at checkout.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cocoa Bloom’s liability is limited to the replacement or cost of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
